Smothie Bowl – banana, blueberry and oatmilk smothie topped with fresh fruit and garnished with a bit of granola

Seasonal Berries Pancakes– fluffy pancakes with berries form our gardens, bacon or ham

Belgian Waffles – airy waffles with whipped cream, fresh fruit, and bacon or ham

Cape Breton Breakfast – crispy cottage fries, eggs, bacon or ham, cheddar curds

Eggs & Bacon – two eggs, bacon or ham

Eggs Benjamin - two poachies on our locally smoked ham and toasted bagel, topped with our Nova 7, bacon, garlic and saffron beurre blanc sauce

Breakfast Poutine
Cottage fries, bacon, grilled cheese curds, housemade sage & maple gravy and a sunny side egg

Breakfast is available for our guest for any date you are staying with us, and to the public as of May 20 2026
