Inn Reservation Policy
The reservation policy for accommodations in the Inn requires a deposit of the first night's room charge to guarantee a booking. Cancellation notices must be received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival time in order to receive a refund of the deposit. A 72 hour notice is also required for early departure to avoid the room charge. A $25 service fee will be charged on all cancellations.
Cottage Reservation and Cancellation Policy
- Cottages are rented with a 3 day minimum with a weekly rate available.
- A deposit of one half down is required to guarantee the booking with a balance due upon check-in.
- A two week cancellation notice is required for refund of the deposit. In the event of a cancellation, a $50 fee is charged.
