Fall Fungi Forays at the North River Bridge Package

They invented the maddening game! You can almost forgive them while playing it on two of the most beautiful courses, situated on the edge of the Continent--- Highlands Links and Bell Bay.

Forgiveness might be complete after having a wee dram of single-malt "uisge"---their second invention-- before a three-course dinner each evening, simply created from local and organic ingredients.

The vacation package includes:

Greens fees for both Highlands Links and Bell Bay golf courses
Power cart at both courses
Accommodations for two nights at the award-winning Chanterelle Inn.

The 100kms Dinner and Accommodations Vacation Package!

Create a 100kms dinner from the Bounty of Cape Breton! Go to the Baddeck Farmers' Market with Chef Earlene to select the freshest greens, veggies, fruits, meats and fish. Then go into the Chanterelle kitchen to prepare a feast using tips and recipes from Earlene. Of course, dinner has to be served with Nova Scotia wine pairings. (And maybe there might even be a sip or two as dinner preparations are in progress---just to make sure the pairing is perfect!).

Package includes:

2 nights' accommodation at the Chanterelle Inn or cottage
Buffet breakfast both mornings
The 100Kms feast with 3 wine pairings
Trip to the Farmers' Market and culinary experience.
